Programs & Services
The Community Based Diversion Program is designed to support youth and families by offering an alternative to the traditional juvenile justice process. Our purpose is to prevent formal court involvement by providing early support and connecting youth and parents with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
Diversion Case Workers work closely with families, schools, and community partners to identify needs, encourage accountability, and promote positive decision-making. The program emphasizes goal setting, problem-solving approaches and family engagement to reduce the risk of future system involvement.
By addressing challenges early and providing meaningful support, the Community Based Diversion Program helps youth and parents make positive changes while strengthening families and communities.
