Preschool Information

2024-2025 Preschool (Fall 2024):  

Preregistration for the next school year begins April 2024.

Eastwood — Pre-Registration began 4/4/24. Download Eastwood Pre-Reg form   Return pre-reg to the WCESC along with parent ID/driver's license and 1 current utility bill.

North Baltimore & Northwood — Pre-registration will begin next week. A PDF of 2024-25 pre-registration form will be emailed to all parents on the email list in early April 2024. 

To be added to the email list, please contact us with the following info:  1. your school district of residence;  2. your name;  3. your address;  4. phone number;  5. email;  6. your child's full name & DOB.

When the preschool secretary receives paperwork from parents, she will email them a confirmation of receipt.


Note: If your child is currently attending the preschool and you want them to return this fall, please contact us to let us know your child will be returning for 2024-25. Pre-registration is for NEW preschoolers only, not returners.

ECE Grant Preschool

For Eastwood, North Baltimore, and Northwood School Districts: The Early Childhood Education (ECE) grant provides low-cost, high-quality early learning services to eligible children, and promotes academic achievement. To learn more about the ECE Grant Preschool, please click here or you can download the ECE Grant Application and return it along with the Pre-Registration Form.

Children must meet age and income eligibility requirements: Children must be at least 3 years of age but not age-eligible for kindergarten. Family income must fall at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. To learn if your family is eligible for this low-cost, high-quality preschool program, please contact WCESC at preschool@wcesc.org or 419-354-9010.
