At the Achievement of Excellence awards held April 20th, special recognition was given to Dr. Nurdan Kalayci, Professor at Gazi University & Dr. Fahriye Hayiersever, Associate Professor at Düzce University for the partnership they developed with WCESC through meetings, research & studies of Wood County Schools curriculum and instruction, state legislatures, the state superintendent of Ohio. Ohio Chancellor of Higher Education & the Deans of Education at Bowling Green State University & the University of Toledo.
